Telemedicine for Health Equity Toolkit

A toolkit developed by the Center for Care Innovation (CCI), UCSF’s Center for Vulnerable Populations, and the Commonwealth Fund that provides guidance to safety-net healthcare systems looking to initiate, expand, or improve their telemedicine programs with an emphasis on promoting health equity. Topics include: considerations for leadership before implementing telemedicine; considerations for providers and teams in using telemedicine; considerations for reaching and engaging diverse patients; and optimizing telemedicine for the future.
