Measure What Matters: Using Social Media Metrics to Discover What Your Audience Needs and Drive Content Creation

In this training webinar, designed specifically for MDPH BIDLS provider agencies, you will learn the concepts of monitoring and evaluation for social media. Presenters will describe how social media analytics align with social media efforts, and further how they can inform and propel them in support of overall project objectives. The presenters will share relevant metric details related to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tik Tok to provide insight that can help social media strategies be more meaningful and effective, and facilitate a discussion that will help participants review and revise the monitoring and evaluation of their organizations’ social media efforts. The presentation will include new information on what has changed post-2020 in terms of measuring social media usage and reach.
